Dirt, dirt and more dirt

It has been a month since the last post and I had hoped to update at least once a week. There went that resolution.

We have been busy meeting with contractors to build our new house. Mike has a goal of doing something for the house everyday and we all know how persistent Mike can be. As a result, the house ready to be started.

That brings us to the title of this entry. The property sets down about 3 feet from the curb and sidewalk. We want the house to be level with the sidewalk so that equates to dirt galore (my usual measuring units). Anyway, Sam drove by on Friday and there is dirt. It is now curb level about 15 feet back. I did not know dirt could be so exciting so now we need a bunch (instead of a galore) of dirt.
